Return Refund Policy

At Trick or Treat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Certain items such as sale items are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.

How to start a return:

 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The original shipping costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange an item, email support@trickortreatshop.comwith your order details and photos. We’ll provide instructions.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
    1. First, check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us immediately.

5. Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
    1. Check your tracking information.
    2. Contact your local post office or courier.
  • If the order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
